OUTREACH MINISTRIES

Meadowbrook Outreach Committee - Meetings are held generally the second Sunday at 12:15 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. (Check the calendar for a complete listing) The group plans various activities as an outreach to the community.

Additional Outreach Programs at Meadowbrook:

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) ¾ Meets Tuesdays at 8 p.m.

An AA chapter meets in our building for anyone in the community who wishes to attend.

Crossroads Pregnancy Center ¾ Meets 2nd Monday of each month at       6:30 p.m.

Crossroads Pregnancy Center conducts various programs and invites speakers on a variety of topics for their clients.

Red Cross Blood Drive ¾ Held twice a year

Meadowbrook hosts a Red Cross Bloodmobile for the community in February and August each year. Blood drives will take place on Wed., Feb. 27, 2008 from 1-7 p.m. and Wed., Aug. 13, 2008, from 1-7 p.m.  To make an appointment, please call 248-340-9215.

Various activities are planned for our congregation and are open to the community via messages posted on our outdoor sign.

Annual Picnic - (to be scheduled) right after the worship service on the church grounds.  Everyone brings a dish to pass.  The meat to barbeque is provided by the church.

Family Fun Day - (to be scheduled) - Ice cream, games and more held on the church grounds.

Family Fun Fest -  (to be scheduled)- Games, hot dogs with the trimmings, candy and more.  Kids come in their favorite costumes.

Thanksgiving Dinner - to be scheduled

Christmas Party for Adults - to be scheduled

Special Speakers and Seminars ¾ As scheduled. Check the Calendar

Seminars are offered to the community such as a weekend Prayer Seminar, Financial Speaker, Creation Seminar, etc.
